Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Prepayment and No Refunds: All tutoring sessions must be prepaid in full prior to the start of the session. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellations made after the prepayment deadline. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling of a tutoring session may be requested up to 30 days prior to the scheduled session date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
